Susan Adams is a retired lawyer. Having lived in Strathcona for over 20 years, she has seen the challenges faced by those living on the margins in the DTES. She joined the Pivot Foundation Board because she is passionate about how Pivot uses the law so successfully to create a more just and equitable society. Susan is part of a private sponsorship group of a Syrian family and volunteers as a teaching assistant at MOSAIC.
When not cheering the Pivot Foundation on, Susan enjoys working out at the Y, watching her cat Sweet Pea chase flies, and postponing her renovation.
